Our site is owned and controlled by MakeYourOwnAtHome.com. You will not find offensive material; nor will we provide links to other web sites which may have offensive material. We are a family-oriented business and we do not sell wine or beer-making equipment to minors.

MakeYourOwnAtHome.com cares deeply about your privacy and keeping your personal information private. Our privacy policy is very simple and to the point. We don’t collect information we don’t need and we don’t sell or distribute information you have given to us. We do not buy, sell or trade mailing or e-mailing lists and we hold our customers’ information in the strictest of confidence. The information we do collect is very minimal and we only use it to contact you if there is a problem with your order. When you do purchase something at MakeYourOwnAtHome.com we do have to share your information with bank/credit card processors and our shipping partners for obvious reasons. Aside from the bank/credit card processors and shipping partners, we will not knowingly distribute your information to anyone unless law requires it or you give us your permission to do so.

Quality Control Policy:

We here at MakeYourOwnAtHome.com are dependent upon your success. We understand the importance of fresh products. We therefore restock our store frequently. Since some items are seasonal, out-of-stocks are bound to happen.

Shipping & Mailing Policy:

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, but we do not employ robots. We like to pick, pack and confirm each order personally. We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of placing it. We use multiple shippers to get you the best price.

Also, in an effort to protect and preserve our planet we take every consideration into packing and shipping your order. We reuse packaging materials and boxes whenever possible to avoid adding to our carbon footprint.

Return Policy:

Non-perishable items may be returned for credit only within 30 days of purchase. Please call for a return authorization before shipping. We do not refund shipping costs or return shipping charges unless there is an error on our part. Confirmed damaged goods, and errors made on our part, will be replaced, free of charge.
