Red Cheese Wax 1lb.

Cheese wax is used to prevent mold from growing on your cheese, as well as to help it retain its moisture content.  Our red cheese wax is available in 1 lb packages and is easy to use.  Melt the wax in a double boiler and keep it from direct flames.  Once it is heated to 120 degree's you can brush the wax on or dip your cheese in it.  Directions included with the wax.
