Sausage is fun and easy to make with this all inclusive kit! You can make your sausage using 100% pork, or mix pork with beef or wild game. You can make fresh links for grilling, pan frying or smoking or you can make patties for breakfast sausage. This kit includes enough to season 30lbs. of meat, but you can do as little as 3lbs. at a time. Kit includes: 2-4.2oz packets of Maple cure, 2-10oz Summer Sausage seasoning pack, one pack of mahogany casings and detailed instructions.
