Ricki’s Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Kit

This kit makes up to 30 pounds of delicious cheese. You must use milk that hasn’t been “Ultra”- pasteurized. It also works with goat’s milk. Each kit includes recipe booklet, butter muslin, citric acid, dairy thermometer, vegetable rennet tablets and cheese salt.
